You provide the plan and the pieces, and we’ll be there on the day to style, set up, and ensure everything looks exactly as you imagined.​

Our Finishing Touches service is perfect for couples who’ve styled most of their day but want assurance that everything is set to perfection. From placing stationery and signage to setting charger plates and ensuring every detail is just so, we step in to add that final layer of elegance.

This service is especially helpful if you're working with a fresh florist and want the rest of your styling elements to be placed with the same care and attention — creating a seamless, polished look across your entire venue.

Where are your consultations carried out?
We want your styling journey to feel exciting from the very start. Your consultation can be held via video call—perfect for convenience and a relaxed chat from home. If you’re local, we could discuss meeting you and your fiancé in person at a nearby café, where we can bring along a few styling pieces to give you a real feel for what we offer. You’ll receive a tailored quote after we’ve discussed your vision.

Do you have a minimum spend? 

We’re proud to play a part in making your day unforgettable. Between April and September—our busiest season—we have a minimum spend of £500, plus setup fee and mileage. For weddings outside these months, we’re happy to be as flexible as possible and consider each booking personally, so please do get in touch and we’ll see how we can help bring your vision to life.

 

When is payment due?

To secure your date, we require a non-refundable booking fee of 50%, which will be outlined during your initial consultation. Final details are confirmed eight weeks before your wedding, with the remaining balance due by the 1st of your wedding month, unless we’ve agreed otherwise. If you’d like to spread the cost, we’re happy to discuss flexible payment plans with you—just let us know.

 

Can we change our final numbers?

We know guest numbers can change as your plans evolve, so there’s flexibility built in. You can update your numbers up to four weeks before your big day. We’ll check in with you about five weeks before your final balance is due to confirm everything and adjust your invoice if needed. As long as your final total stays above your deposit and our minimum spend, no extra fees apply. If you’re expecting numbers to increase, please get in touch early—we’ll do our best to accommodate, but extra availability can’t always be guaranteed.
